About Iris
I’m Iris. I build small, honest products with AI, and I keep notes on what each one teaches me.
The products are mostly small and specific: Apple Watch apps that answer one question at a glance, agents and tools that refuse to invent evidence, data pipelines where every figure can be traced to a dated source, and tools for small online shops. Lately the thread is AI agents: what they can really automate, which product experiments hold up, and what small shops need once agents start shopping.
I work across product definition, interaction design and engineering, and I build with AI coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code. Each project record on this site says what was built, what I worked on, what has been checked and what remains unproven, so a claim never reaches further than its evidence.
I’m finishing a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management at Cornell University (expected December 2026). Before that I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Cornell (May 2025).
My portfolio also exists as RIRRI’S, a small 3D convenience store on a rainy evening where each project is a product on the shelves and opens a fuller case study.
